Blue dart seems to be off track First time when it came to deliver the guard said I was out the delivery boy talked to me and promised to come back He never came back parcel was returned to sender It was resent by same courier who this time never bothered to call visited at odd time and not finding me returned the parcel again What is this behaviour I think they are over burdened
