Worst ever experience I have and service everage below local carriers. Also help centre person doesn't have manners to talk to clients. After several reminders I got reply that my parcel is on hold because of address is not updated on their system and to update he asked me to pay INR. 2/- online. Is it possible that carrier like Blue Dart will book consignment without address? Really abnormal delay pathetic behaviour. Also this kind of behaviour don't deserve even one star rating.
