Worst service I ever experienced in my whole 20 years of life . without calling to receiver and not even the msg how could you and how you dare to update an status Consignee Refused To Accept or Consignee not available . Is this how you provide service to your customer? Even not you are replying to mail not even call connect to any of the number which is present as a customer care on your website itself . Such a worst management you have .
