My parcel suppose to be delivered on 20th but still now I haven't received any update. Yesterday at around 10 pm got a message it is undeliverable. But I have been waiting for this parcel and not even a single call from them to update or inform the status. Very worst service. Even small courier service has taking big responsibility to delivery the item properly. Worst service not recommended for emergency or even a normal parcel
