My parsal was dispatched from your bank on 31st May and I duly received the massage from you. I was supposed to receive that parcel on 02 June but I didn't receive it, today on 03 June at 4:09 minutes I got a massage that your parcel has been delivered to the right place but when I inquired about it, I did not receive the parcel. I inquired both at my home and work place but nowhere the parcel was delivered, when I contacted the courier Blue Dart through net they told me that your parcel has been delivered. After I repeatedly told them, they told me that the parcel cannot be delivered because your house pin code is wrong. On this they asked me to register and then we will give you the parcel. He demanded money from me for that. I have some question regarding this If during parcel delivery you are asked for its OTP when ID is asked then the parcel is delivered only then if they don't get that OTP or ID then how did they deliver the parcel? Didn't you see my area puzzle when you collected my parcel? I live in a prime location (Main city), didn't you realize that you don't have service in that area when you pick up the parcel? If the sender of the parcel is paying, why should the recipient of the parcel pay?
