Blue Dart review by VENKATESAN

Poor delivery support by BLUE DART. My parcel reached destination hub on 04/06/24. Out for delivery message received on 05/06/24 & 06/06/24, but it was not delivered and I have received message stating that door closed/not available at home. Both days delivery associate did not come to my home and no body called me also (delivery associate phone number was not mentioned in the out for delivery message to call and get update about delivery). Finally my parcel was delivered on 07/06/24.
