Blue Dart review by Rahul Naik

My parcel number 16653140405 status shows deliver on 25th June but I have not received the parcel. Call centre number is always busy. There are other delivery partner numbers on their site. When I called on that number, the person said your parcel is on hold at the warehouse and if you wish to receive your parcel, I need to pay Rs.4/- thru UPI which I refused. I thought it’s a fraud number. Very pathetic web site. Don’t know whom to contact now
