Rating: 1/5 I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by them . My recent experience with them was a nightmare from start to finish. The courier failed to deliver my package on the promised date. they failed to update me on the status of my delivery. When I tried to contact them, I was met with long hold times and unhelpful representatives. Overall, I would not recommend bluedart to anyone. Their service was unreliable, unprofessional, and caused me significant inconvenience. Until they improve their service, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Pros: None Cons: - Late delivery - Damaged package
