Blue Dart review by Shivam Gond

I have ordered a mobile phone which was to be delivered by bluedart and when the date was showing to deliver on that day in the evening when I checked that where is my order the it shows the update that "Customer is not ready with the exchange phone" rather then the reality was that there was not a single call to reach my address and even he didn't reach to my house. Is there any followup with the delivery persons? Very bad services
