Absolutely worst! I received a message that my parcel was out for delivery at about 7 and my hostel premises close at about 10:30. No delivery attempt was made! And it is obvious that premises close at a time that late! I received a message saying premises closed, reschedule or update address but when I saw the dates, the don't have an option for today's date but have tomorrow or day after tomorrow! So I again selected update address but it had no response! Such a bad service! They don't even deserve 1 star!
