V poor service. Utterly disappointing. Blue Dart didn't expect such a brand name to give so unpleasant service. If this is the way then v soon it will shut down. I'm residing in metro city Pune on same address past 35 years and suddenly today courier service says wrong address and courier guy didn't even bother to call or msg and cancelled the parcel. On calling customer care teaching helpline number says to enter my personal infor on some in secure site apk link sent on what's app and make payment of Rs 2 /- WTF is this. Ru running a scam on helpline number ? I'm openly writing this review so that no other customer falls prey to such fishy service. Shame on Blue dart service.
