"Absolutely terrible service from Blue Dart! My package was delayed multiple times with no clear explanation. The customer service is non-existent, and when I finally got through to someone, they were unhelpful and rude. The package arrived damaged, and they refused to take responsibility. Avoid Blue Dart at all costs! There are far more reliable courier services out there."
