Very worst service…. One of my courier had not delivered even after 4 days of arrival at my location and it was showing delivered. Then I called customer care, they told due to address verification your order is not delivered and it is at godown. After that, he asked me to verify my address - he will be sending customer support software and where I need to install that and then need to update, it will be charging INR 2. I told him, I can’t do that because of security reasons as it will ask my a/c details. Then he told me, you will not get your parcel with out doing that verification and he disconnect the call and put me in block list. Also he talk in such a rude manner. This is what the Blue dart service is - Even Charging more and not supporting to customers at-least. I suggest don’t prefer Blue dart for your any shipping’s.
