Blue Dart review by Norbert

Very bad service, my consignment was showing out for delivery, but since it was not delivered I called up customer care, number was busy and they called me back and the customer care says that your consignment is delivered but if you have not received the same we can put up a service request with a charge of 2 rupees only. My question is why should I make payment when my consignment has been booked after necessary payments has been done.
