Very very pathetic service. Status showing delayed due to rain/strike/no train service for 3 days as if we are not living in this places. Other courier services had delivered my package from this same BLR location within 1 week& only bluedart have issues with RAIN/STRIKE/NO TRAIN etc.Please don’t opt for these kind of courier service at all. Post office service is far better. They don’t want to disclose their identity at the main gate when security ask for their identity while entering the flat compound which is routine security protocol and keep arguing with security. Everywhere trouble makers.
