Agreed-Probably one of the worst courier companies operating in India... The contact center is awful to provide any respite once get connected.. Never expecting ontime delivery. Even after multiple communication and request for timely delivery, there comes a message "Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed " for a 24*7 operating premises.
