Worst service, each and every time I am facing same problem. Delivery partner will not visit our location,simply enter as door locked/ premises closed/ address not found. It's very painful if We waiting for any important consignment. Finally when we approach their office they'll search for our parcel and they will give it to us

Commendable job. Received the parcel within 3 days, we reside in a remote area, a 50 kms away from the Town where Blue Dart Agency is based. A door step delivery by bike. Thank you.
