My parcel with tracking id 20690885132, is still not delivered. It was supposed to be delivered by today that is 12 Sep. Parcel is still in Delhi. I'm going to lose huge amount of money if not delivered by today. Please react on Top Emergency basis. Otherwise I have to seek legal course

Commendable job. Received the parcel within 3 days, we reside in a remote area, a 50 kms away from the Town where Blue Dart Agency is based. A door step delivery by bike. Thank you.
