Parcel no. 77193796260 booked and send on 06/09/2024 from West Bengal to Chengannur Kerala, not yet received. On tracking it is lying at Kona wherehouse from 09/09/2024 onwards. No further movement not shown. It is a parcel contaong live plants. Very poor service .

Commendable job. Received the parcel within 3 days, we reside in a remote area, a 50 kms away from the Town where Blue Dart Agency is based. A door step delivery by bike. Thank you.
