I didn’t receive my parcel at the time and im waiting for the parcel and i called on customer care service then they say delivery boy told them the residence address is closed and customer didn’t receive a call but it is not true i don’t have any call or anybody come at home and the customer service executive told you please pick up the courier. Very bad and worst courier site.
