The blue dart delivery person called just a short ring may be, so that one does not realize the phone rang. When I called back, he said I had called and you were not available. Which is absolutely false. Besides my home is open 24 hours. I said, why did you not call again and give a long ring. He said i will deliver tomorrow. Next day, a saturday, when I called, he said he is on leave till Monday. So the delivery person had actually no intention of delivery of my parcel on Friday and took both me and the company for a ride enjoying the long weekend, falsly saying that Customer was not available! And blue dart charges more from it's customers!!

Commendable job. Received the parcel within 3 days, we reside in a remote area, a 50 kms away from the Town where Blue Dart Agency is based. A door step delivery by bike. Thank you.
