**Blue Dart: Package Not Delivered** My experience with Blue Dart has been extremely disappointing as my package has not been delivered at all, even after several days past the expected date. I was anticipating the delivery, but after waiting for many days, there was no update or communication from their side. The situation worsened when I contacted customer service, but they were unable to provide any concrete information. Despite checking the tracking system regularly, there was no change in the status. It’s incredibly frustrating when you’re waiting for an important package, and it either doesn’t arrive on time or doesn’t arrive at all. This is certainly not the level of service I expected from a company like Blue Dart. The company needs to seriously improve its delivery system and customer communication. I will definitely think twice before using their service again, especially for time-sensitive deliveries.

  • Commendable job. Received the parcel within 3 days, we reside in a remote area, a 50 kms away from the Town where Blue Dart Agency is based. A door step delivery by bike. Thank you.
