I called on blue dart call centre through the app but the caller called me with other number , and said that your courier is pending due to wrong address. You have to update the address and you have to pay 5 rupees. He said I will give you link on your WhatsApp. I said to him why I will pay to you when I order parcel from some app, then he started using abusive words and give some threads like I will empty your bank account. I have call recording of this conversation. Who is responsible for this kind of shit, blue dart have to take action against it
