Here’s a review you can use: Order Delayed and Poor Service by BlueDart I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by BlueDart. My order was out for delivery on 17th October, but despite being available at the delivery address, I did not receive it. Today is 21st October, and the order still hasn’t arrived. The tracking status claims that the consignee was unavailable, which is completely false. I don’t understand why this issue has occurred, and there has been no attempt to contact me or properly resolve the situation. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I expected better from BlueDart. I hope they address this issue promptly, as it’s frustrating to be kept waiting for no reason.
