Blue Dart review by Pushkaraj Pophalikar

This is an extremely poor courier service. They send notifications until the last minute to tell me that my parcel will be delivered on the day specified and at the last minute semd me a tect saying sorry tp have missed you while delivering your package. The language, too, is shamelessly ambiguous. No contact is made available to communicate with and no call is made to me to say that the delivery needs to be rescheduled. I call their customer care service and the number is switched off. This isy worst experience so far. No other delivery service has been so poor.

  • Commendable job. Received the parcel within 3 days, we reside in a remote area, a 50 kms away from the Town where Blue Dart Agency is based. A door step delivery by bike. Thank you.
