One of the worst customer service they have very rude behaviour they don’t know how to speak with customer. Even the fault was there, but they told us that we didn’t pick up phone and now I have to pay extra money to the parcel that I have ordered, and I already paid the delivery charge, but now they told me that I didn’t pick up the phone. That’s why I have to re-update my address name phone number and I have to pay five rupees to the company for my delivery. Otherwise, I have received my delivery more than 90 days later.
