Blue Dot offers one of the most disappointing delivery services I’ve encountered. Their customer service lacks basic communication, as they neither proactively inform customers about the status of their delivery nor provide accurate real-time tracking. Even when delays occur, there is no effort made to contact the customer or locate the courier. This level of inefficiency and lack of accountability is unacceptable for any logistics company.
