My son sent a letter packet from Mumbai to Delhi on 21st July 2025. When its tracking showed on the next day that it was still in Santa Cruz airport since the day of booking, I enquired from Customercare and was told that due to bad weather , the flight had not gone to Delhi. A Complaint was registered by the Customercare and the Complaint Officer was scheduled to speak to me by 2 pm today ( 22nd July) but no one has contacted me.We have paid ₹.150 extra for Urgent delivery by 10.30 am. We are extremely disappointed at this service . We have not seen any report about disruption of any flights in the print or electronic media. Documents are Urgent and we are distressed .
