6-7 days happened but still the parcel is not been delivered & when i called the Customer care he was asking money to pay & then the parcel will be delivered. Even the status which is confirmed by Customer care is shown at thier end as they reached out to me & call not connected .. as till date no one reached. I assume we have to report this service & escalate further.
