Article booked from Agartala to Silchar booked on 22.9.2025 not delivered till tonight (30.9.2025). See worst service from Blue Dart. I hereby advice customer not to book any article or letter through Blue Dart service. It may be noted that articles meant for Durga Puja festival which is over on Tomorrow. Now, you can judge yourself . Distance from Agartala to Silchar is just 250 KM but not reached even after 10 days.
