Hello my name is Mohan, my sbi credit card had reached your office on 27th September, today is 2nd October, till date I have not received it, neither did I get a call from your office nor my card, when I went to your office today to inquire, the girl executive in your Abohar office does not have any sense of customer dealing, she behaved very rudely, even today she avoided me by giving the excuse of the site not working, when I talked to her about customer rights, she misbehaved with me and said don't teach me the law, if your executives misbehave with customers like this then who will trust your Bluedart, I am very harassed because of your executive, Thank you I have also called the owner of Bluedart office Abohar, but till now there is no response from his side, please ask him why the delivery was not done and why his executive behaved badly.
