Very bad service, since 6 days I am waiting for my courier and even the customer service is not responding for the calls too. Worst ever

Their service is such disgusting and poor,,, you should should close your company,, horrible experience,, till now I didn't receive my parcel

Courier partner is not giving us redelivery parcel facility. Very poor experience with bluedart

Why is their service so poor, their order never reaches home. I always have to go to their office and then they say whether the courier has brought your item or not. Or the courier has not reached my house, this is my 3rd order which has not been received yet. First mobile, second laptop or third bank credit card. kaamchor bluedart.

I have order my product and the delivery date is 15th of July and till 20 it's not delivered what blue dart member are doing there..and money they are taking through online method before the product deliver and they fail to deliver the product in time

For past 4 days neither I had received a phone call from delivery person yet my order showed that it is delivery unsuccessful and after calling customer service they say that they will deliver the product tomorrow but yet delivery person doesn't deliver the product

Very bad staff behaviour, does not have any manners

Very bad courier service, only because of their staff behaviour. Very bad behaviour. Could not take his call because i was in a meeting and when i caaled him back, he litterally yelled at me just after picking up the call without knowing the reason . His name was dipankar ghosh most probably.

Hopeless service,when we called on helpline number they revert back from another number and asked to validate adress,sent a link on what's app number without getting any information of tracking I'd or any other details of parcel about which you are searching
