My BlueDart shipment is showing the wrong address And when I called them, they were asking me for money to change the address. The employees told me, if you don't pay the money then I will return your consignment. The employees told me, if you don't pay the money then I will return your consignment.

They are not delivering a courier and i have call them in call service center they are saying that you have mention wrong address but when i have asked what the address is written on that i told that address is right but they are asking for a money to re address on courier the failure courier service i have heard in india

Very poor delivery.my order not delivered till now..

I haven't received my parcel yet,nor the delivery agent called me,the item is out for delivery on 21sept 24

Very bad service everyday it's showing in transit.. My delivery was on 21 Sept every time I do chk status it changes by a day

Worst company ever ...they misguide me regarding my address details ...thet delay my courier for 4 days ...& after that i have to visit their store & collect my parcel

Worst courier company delivery boy they don't want to go to deliver the parcel... Even address and mob no is also mentioned there.. They never try to call. They behave like govt post man.

I want u to return the money

Don't buy any products or items from bluedart they cheat the customers n when customer wants to contact them no response, I orders cloth material instead I got pieces of dirty clothes worth of 700 rupees

The blue dart delivery person called just a short ring may be, so that one does not realize the phone rang. When I called back, he said I had called and you were not available. Which is absolutely false. Besides my home is open 24 hours. I said, why did you not call again and give a long ring. He said i will deliver tomorrow. Next day, a saturday, when I called, he said he is on leave till Monday. So the delivery person had actually no intention of delivery of my parcel on Friday and took both me and the company for a ride enjoying the long weekend, falsly saying that Customer was not available! And blue dart charges more from it's customers!!

Very bad service, they are too slow in there service

Now days blue dart is delivering the fake aadi vasi oil to the customer,for reference refer the track number 77617254013, how ever customer booked only one and original adivasi herbal hair oil. Blue Dart should check whether product is original or fake before delivery or warehouse is legit or not. This could loose faith from Blue Dart delivery service.
