Very bad service i will never choose this courier service

Very bad . Drunk man sent for delivery . Two times even after complaining

The parcel has not recieved . I tracking this percel no such consignee at given adress was shown . But no any one call me for delever this percel . Flipkart courier also deliver this adresses frequently.

Verry slow not responding any persons

Worst service in domestic courier service.No proper updates in system. Not obeying the delivery date promise.

Pathetic experience. To get your parcel you have to run after them. They will not contact you, just mentioned that your address is incomplete. Though you call customer care, update your address, alternative ph no. Nothing works. Really horrible

Very pathetic delivery every single time the delivery is late some it takes more than 10 days to deliver

Very worst service…. One of my courier had not delivered even after 4 days of arrival at my location and it was showing delivered. Then I called customer care, they told due to address verification your order is not delivered and it is at godown. After that, he asked me to verify my address - he will be sending customer support software and where I need to install that and then need to update, it will be charging INR 2. I told him, I can’t do that because of security reasons as it will ask my a/c details. Then he told me, you will not get your parcel with out doing that verification and he disconnect the call and put me in block list. Also he talk in such a rude manner. This is what the Blue dart service is - Even Charging more and not supporting to customers at-least. I suggest don’t prefer Blue dart for your any shipping’s.

Blue Dart delivery partners are unprofessional and very rude. They will change the status to Consignee not available with out calling to the customer. No help is received from customer care center ad well. Not expected this kind of behavior from Blue Dart

It's worest courier service

The guy named kalika pathak ....is seriously not want to do his duty ....and forcing me to cancel my pick up .. denying to come and pick up on my address ...I went all the way through to give him the pick up product and guy is ..extensively rude as if ...I have the one to loose something ..seriously gonna complain toh boat to change the courier service in my locality. ....the address is in ponghat pull bamrauli prayagraj ..211012 and please take it seriously ...and do not send him again for service related to these address ...
