My parcel show me divered but not received to me

I am waiting for my parcel since yesterday. There is no update regarding my parcel & no information about delivery person. Very Bad Service

very bad service, and customer care service always bad

Worst delivery ever. I was supposed to receive my package on 2nd August 2024 but it's 4th August 2024 and I still haven't received my package

They not delivered and tracking show incorrect pincode but it is correct.if you can't do then stop your business and stop wasting people time

Such a worst services my order have reached the destination from day before yesterday and they haven't even delivered it till now if you guys can't provide the services to the customer then don't the responsibility. Such a irresponsible team every time you guys delay the deliveries. You never deliver the items on the expected date you always deliver it after a expected date what's wrong with your team

Tracking number 33477847104. To be delivered on 3/8/24. I called customer care they are saying proper address is missing and asking me to send Rs 5 for that through credit card or net banking.......wtf it is Consignee not available

The expected delivery date was showing was 3 Aug. Since 2 days there is no update about the delivery. Just showing delayed delivery due to some constraints. Then What's the purpose of express delivery. If you are unable to deliver at the given time frame.

Very bad service, no response from customer care, I have never received call from the delivery guy, but status showing consignee not available. What kind of service, planning to go consumer court for this kind of irresponsible act. Ready to face the court, I have call attempts screenshots to various of your branches and unanswered emails.

Extremely poor service..no one came for delivery but every update incomplete cnee adress.. really bad..even no calling...it's wastage of money time everything

Very very bad company I wish this company will get shut in future I ordered my samsung original charger on 30 supposed to get the product by 2nd of august. But now they are showing that order is misrouted so 5 more days will be taken. I think this is fraud company.
