Very bad service, no response from customer care, I have never received call from the delivery guy, but status showing consignee not available. What kind of service, planning to go consumer court for this kind of irresponsible act. Ready to face the court, I have call attempts screenshots to various of your branches and unanswered emails.

My parsel received at baroda ware house but still not delivered. Many times follow up no any proper response also blue person not pick up call costvofvparcel is Rs 6500 what issolution

Today, 3rd August I suppose to get the delivery and at 8pm, it's showing delivery date as 6th August, don't know what going on with this company.

I haven’t received my order ,but iam getting mails that its delivered..

Very poor delivery system they have, my parcel was about to came on 1st of August and still no status is showing on their Tracking.. just only delivery delayed.. no message and no call from bluedart side.

The worst experience, it's been 4 freaking days I'm waiting for my order, and they still can't reach but can send messages in WhatsApp. What a professional agency. They won't get delivered I guess. They are just fooling the people.
