Not satisfied with the parcel tracking options, very poor system and customer care service. Disgusting

Service is so poor

Very very poor service.

6-7 days happened but still the parcel is not been delivered & when i called the Customer care he was asking money to pay & then the parcel will be delivered. Even the status which is confirmed by Customer care is shown at thier end as they reached out to me & call not connected .. as till date no one reached. I assume we have to report this service & escalate further.

We have sent to Kolkata on 19th July 2025 but till today 21Aug 2025 not delivered to our valued customer by blue dart. On tracking there is shown delivered parcel but as per our customer information parcel not received

Horrible service,For two consecutive days they kept saying my address is incorrect when I've been recieving everything else exactly on it

Still today 5 day but I didn't receive my parcel and he didn't responding quickly very very bad service I don't like

Very bad service, customer care agent don't have manner to talk to customers.

A consignment from M/s Vista Print got delayed and and Customer care says that it will go back to sender. Strange System and Customercare.

Delievery service is very very poor Wrost delivery service

Worst delivery experience i have pay high amount for emergency delivery but parcel will be late deliverd.

My Address is right but he didn't Deliver in Address and say it's wrong Address

I have never seen such bad service in my life....
