I'm not received my order delayed for delivery

This seems to be one of the worst service & experience I've ever had. I don't know how this company is still in business with such worst service. It’s been a Week I have placed the order, though it’s showing on website that it will be delivered by 10th but today it’s 13th and still it undelivered. Bata Company if you're reading this message, don't ever choose this courier service as an option.

I was not expecting such a delay service from such a reputed company, it is international level courier. I booked parcel from mumbai to delhi on 9/7/2024 today it's date 12 till date today it was not delivered. It reach delhi hub on dt 10 but still it is not delivered.

I would not even give 1 star for their delivery service. Very poor management. I am soooo disappointed and irritated by their customer care's false assurances for the past 2 days, that now I don't even have the patience to write a full detailed review of their services. Overall very very bad experience. Won't prefer and suggest bluedart delivery ever again.
