Worst service the parcel was expected to delivered on 9 of July 2024 but yet I haven’t received it. The delivery called me and ask me to come some other place than my delivery address and said of you’re not coming than I’ll deliver it tomorrow……. I mean what is this service?

This is the worst experience I've ever had. I don't know how this company is still in business. If you're reading this, don't ever choose this courier service as an option, let alone a last resort.
