Very bad courier service.

The worst service. The delivery guy legit lied and said that the consignee is not available for the parcel just after talking to me on the call. He said he's not more thn 200m away and said he's coming. I waited outside for like 20mins and he didn't show up and still said he's coming and the next minimum I got a text that my order will not be delivered. Like seriously?

Worst service ever.. After receiving call by delivery person they report did not get contact with consignee Because he was 200-250m away from location

Service is hopeless. It doesn't deserve single star. ICICI bank people still despatch the important documents, debit/credit cards, cheques through this service despite of multiple complaints. This is the 3rd time we attempt for a re-dispatch.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered today morning. Day ended but no update. I hope I receive to tomorrow. It is here in Gurgaon hub but NOT RECEIVED

It seems they do not bother to deliver parcels. I missed my delivery a day earlier as I wasn't in town and asked to deliver the next day. Well 3 days have passed, no response. Awb : 33516846414
