Worst courier service i have ever seen. My parcel awb 33459170975 has arrived on final destination but not delivered after 3 days. It shows out for delivery since last 3 days no customer care response.

Delivery date 6th and no satisfactory information

Very poor service. Delivery is not made on time. My item was supposed to be delivered on 06th July but has not been delivered yet.

Very slow delivery.... Worst bluedart... Waiting since 6 days... Should have come on 2nd July but now it is 8th July still and order has not come

Useless .. doesn't deliver on time

Didn't received parcel in time...this company should be banned by government...DTDC is far better than this..shame on you bluedart

Worst courier service. No trace well after due date

I ordered for a gift for my daughter which was supposed to be delivered on second... And today it is seventh and the order is still not delivered. They are not letting me cancel the order, nor are they delivering nor are they calling my number. They say my number is not reachable, thry say consignee not available.. I am dissappoint and unhappy, with their non delivery of the item, and am absolutely amazed at the audacity they have to say consignee not available. No contact was made, I have given even alternate number, no door bell rang, no one turnd up but as per their records thry have attempted delivery already. Even today am at home and yet no attempts have been made. Not being capable to deliver due to rains and a hundred other reasons can be forgiven, but inefficiency, not being committed and not being professional cannot be forgiven. I hope anyone who chooses you reads my review and decides otherwise. #Donotoptforthisservice I don't want to give even one rating for this. Zero is what they deserve.

Costly, And late too

My parcel AWB33519696700 not recevied till date arrive in sonipat 03.07024 its a bad service of blue dart

It's a really bad service providers, i recived my parcel 2 days late.

Worst experience they assure it can delivered in 2-3 days , then they it can't be delivered this parcel and you lost your precious 3 days. You thinking it will be delivered.

Not good I waiting last 1 month

Pathetic delivery service. Without even contacting the customer they give fake reasons like wrong address and consignee not available to delay the delivery. And they do it for every order. Never deliver on time. And the customer care service is even more disappointing and of no help. No brands should choose Blue dart for delivery.
