Blue Dart's service is absolutely terrible and its staff is very rude. They do this every time, they never deliver the parcel, they cancel it.

My order is not delivered since last 5 days .Blue dart service is very worst as compared to ecart and other courier service.

Delivery guy wantedly skipped my order's drop and reported that there was no one to recieve

My parcel supposed to arrive today, but not yet arrived. Poor service

My parcel has not yet delivered.The delivery boy didn't call me and update as incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery held at location all this stuff he is uploading in the website rather than calling

My parcel was supposed to be delivered today and it has not yet arrived!! So it also showed that delivery status -CONSIGNEE NOT Available

Honest service by delivery agent Ravi, got my product without any hassle. Had to track my shipment at the arrived office after 2 failed deliveries to our home. Strange is that they won't have OTPs to ask or answer abt our shipment nor do they call & talk prior service & delivery.

Worst service. Even after paying high premium for one day delivery consignment has not reached destined person .Public should not opt for this company. You will be doomed losing timely delivery and premium money.

I am completely appalled by the services of this company. Sadly, most of the reviews state a similar feeling and view point. Their agents update incorrect status of delivery to find an excuse to delay the order. A highly inefficient delivery service. Blue Dart should be blacklisted and one should collectively raise a public grievance.

Fraud company, online money taking don’t use this site, it’s really fraud company
