Very bad service they do not deliver the parcel and says delivery address is uncomplete

Very bad service, delivery agent can't call me, I receive many parcels form other delivery agency on same address but they said incorrect address. On tracking show my parcel at my city but no call no message.

How can my location pin be wrong? When I always use the same pin to order anything,and also blue dart have already delivered before to the same pin and address,and they don't deliver the parcel to the exact said date, I received a message out for deliver,but never received on the date.

Very rude behaviour with the delivery customer service and so much irritating while showing the route map. I got the mail for out for delivery but I didn't get the courier on that date and When I was talking to the provided number someone else answer and talking rubbish.

Worst service ever, after updating as Out for Delivery they don't even attempt and later blame that the customer is not reachable, despite being a big company I didn't expected this to happen. The customer care service also soo poor and the agents are so arrogant, they are not even ready to listen to the complaints and cuts the call without a solution. Specially services in Duliajan 786602 is even disastrous. Amazon should sustain the partnership with Bluedart.

Very bad service.. that guy was asking me to update my location and giving me links to click on them continuously he was telling me that he could not find my location.. seriously he was just making me fool for whole 3 days when everyone is coming and this is not my house it was a national institute location how he could not find the location from 3 days. When unknown people can come here he cannot find the location as a delivery guy.. guys please close this service centre
