A broken parcel was left at my doorstep and the delivery boy ran away. When contacted he refused to take any responsibility and was rude instead. When we demanded to speak with his manager and called him he was of no use and equally rude. Such is the staff of bluedart and this is their service.

Boxes of fruit were sent on 21.05.2024 from Patalganga(Maharashtra) to Chandigarh through Bluedart Courier.But despite commitment to deliver order on 23.05.24, till now 9PM ,it is not delivered. Fruit might hv got spoiled by now , such is the poor service of bluedart despite charging so much.M disappointing, bad experience!
