Worst service & best in doing fraud. I had received call yesterday that your delivery is deactivated due to some technical issues. And I was said to click on link & pay 5rs as activation charge to deliver the parcel. After doing that amount of 5k was withdrawn from my account. Really bad on part of such big courier company.

VERY BAD DELIVERY SYSTEM. NEVER SUGGESTED TO ANYONE IN FUTURE. MY ORDER ID 10967220 FROM ZOMATO HYPERPURE IS PLACED ON 9TH MAY,2024, THEY GIVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER 51528500192. BUT MY PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED YET.

Worst delivery services ever.....The parcel is delayed and delayed again and again just waste of time

Poor service. Delivery agent doesn't call. They directly update the status that person is not available to accept the order. How ecommerce sites still choosing blue dart as their logistic partner.

Fourth class delivery services.....fourth class delivery agents ....fraud fraud fraud

Third class service, delivery person don't call you and directly report office, address incomplete...till now I haven't seen service like this

Ridiculous service and it seems like this is some fake service and they send us some kind of file which will hack our accounts

Such a pathetic service bluedart gives , they don't even call the consignee and updates the status not available even you are waiting for the product whole damaged day , I received the delivery message in the morning and it's 13 hrs I didn't receive any call any information about the delivery just a message of not availablity of the product . Why so poor service , why to commit people when you can't commit yourself, making fool out of your consumers every time

The delivery boy is worst ever he didn't deliver the parcel even do i tell him my address and we call he cut the call twice

Such a worse service. I placed order about 5 days back and today they have initiated the process.

I have just ask for my parcel 33353573411 18th May of ICICI Bank .. which shows Arrival at your office .. when I called for status … now you are telling to raise registered complain & pay 5 rs. So I will delivered otherwise Bluedart will keep it with him .. even not returning to ICICI bank & even delivery to me….. so I will be punished because I have just enquired with them …. Now I will see to that how you can harass me by not giving to bank & even to me. I have all recording of our talk to your concern who are talking with dadagiri … you can listen .
