Third class service, delivery person don't call you and directly report office, address incomplete...till now I haven't seen service like this

Worst thing ever... It's showing delivered in the tracking status,,but I didn't receive my order yet.. never use blue dart,, worst experience, worst servicing, not even a single call or msg from delivery boy, no intimation nothing

I am yet to receive my parcel and I need to get a call from the delivery man

Don't use this courier

To blue dart's deliver boy Arjun pratap sing asked me 100 rs penalty charged ...and say ur adress is not complete. .i say i came where are u but he repaeat his word for 100 rs nd i deny he switch off his phone and cancel my parcel...

Worst service. Had to contact them thro phone and e mails several times. Simply they say incorrect address, whereas address is correct and very prominent location. No calls from them, no intination. Local courier service is much better.

I have not received my important documents as yet as it says out for delivery since yesterday 17th May 24,and even today on 18th I ha e not received it, very disappointed. Blue dart is one of the old courier company needs to look into the grievances of public for redressal..

Very bad ...no call from bluedart ...and they returned my parcel showing that address changed...

World worst service i didn't seen this kind of worst service before in my life....i didn't get any call but my parcel is returned....good service

They haven't called or visited the delivery location.. just returned 89093288760
