The delivery guy didn't give a single call and marked as undelivered.

Really worst experience ever experienced as I was in urgent need of the parcel and the date mentioned was of today but it's really very disappointing. The delivery boy haven't called me , not a single mail was received and no message and it is showing that wrong address and pincode. Really shameful Blue Dart services

I don't receive single call from delivery person but he marked status as consignee not found in given address but I was stay at the location since I was born.... worst delivery person no sincerity toward work... they just put the status like they wish

Worst service I ever experienced in my whole 20 years of life . without calling to receiver and not even the msg how could you and how you dare to update an status Consignee Refused To Accept or Consignee not available . Is this how you provide service to your customer? Even not you are replying to mail not even call connect to any of the number which is present as a customer care on your website itself . Such a worst management you have .

I want to give 0.1 star.. So poor in customer service.. Didn't even contacted.. And kept the delivery with them only

Delivery person didn't contact me

Received not a single call from the delivery person and status showing as residence closed. We are all working people in the family so cannot be available at home all the day.. We have informed neighbour and security to collect the order in our absence and so have pre-paid the order amt.. but we cannot convey the message as we haven't received any call from delivery boy.. blue dart service getting worse :(

Pathetic? or maybe even lower. If there were negative stars I would rate negative 5

How to contact the delivery boy regarding the courier ? Will they give the courier to home or we have to go the post office to receive it

Worst service. I had gone to market to buy something. When I returned to home I got sms that my parcel was undelivered. NO CALLS , NO ONE CONTACTED ME. While others courier company at least contact the customer for delivery, Blue Dart just do whatever they think. If this type of things happen in long run then definitely they have to shut down their business. Hope they will rectify themselves before it's to late.
