haven't seen this type of irresponsible manegement and system they updated that package is out for delivery and without informing our calling they just updated we can't get to you, even they didn't provided any Contact no. Of delivery boy so I can call him, this type of slow shippment and miss management I have never experienced before .

My credit card is booked against Blue dart and also docket was showing in-transit/started from source after 3 days msg came for we are trying for re-attempt without any information or confirm, there is no contact details for tracking or for delivery boy also they have not call as per they have set that thing on Non working day if it is urgent then just update that we are re-attempting for delivery, it is now showing docket not booked while msg came for re-attempt.

I got a massage from sender that the shipment was out of delivery on 4nd april but after 5 days still not delivered .Also they updated that the address is unlocatable without contacting..Also I have contacted to customer care multiple time but not getting any response...very very bad service
