Blue Dart reviews

There is some fraud going on, I ordered an article from Shoppers Stop. The blue dart delivery boy purposefully delivered the item to different flat in my building even though the address mentioned was correct. Now the status on site is showing delivered, as the item didn’t receive by me I called to customer care service no shown on blue dart site. Once the call connect the person told he is transferring the call to his manager instead of transferring the call, your will receive call from other no. Then he will ask you the tracking no and will tell you that your item is blocked at delivery centre because some address issues you have to update the address through the link which he will send you through WhatsApp and will tell you to pay 5 rupees. Do now click on link otherwise the will withdraw money from your account

I haven't seen this type of irresponsible manegement and system they updated that package is out for delivery and without informing our calling they just updated we can't get to you, even they didn't provided any Contact no. Of delivery boy so I can call him, this type of slow shippment and miss management I have never experienced before Thanks Blue Dart for your service, I think it's much faster and easier that I just go to shop and by that product.

Bad service worst response delivery person not responding calls or messages 0 rate

I got a massage from sender that the shipment was out of delivery on 2nd april but after 5 days still not delivered .Also they updated that the address is unlocatable without contacting..Also I have contacted to customer care multiple time but not getting any response...very very bad service

Very very bad service ..even after contacting customer service still not delivered the shipment. Last 5 days they are holding the shipment in courier office and I have contacted multiple time to get the same but still no reply...very very bad series

By the last day 3 pm show out for delivery but till now not delivered and now showing in transite and in map again show out for delivery

My experience with Blue dart is very very bad and unexpected from Blue Dart . The Blue dart Delivery staff not reach the address And not deliver the courier and send back . If coustomer Contect the Delivery person on mobile they not gave proper answer. They misbehave and threat that they send back the courier as remarks no proper address.

Show the wrong details for parcel

We are waiting for the parcel and tracking shows premises closed and delivery attempt failed though our office is open at the time mentioned. Moreover, our building premises has all entrty exit record at gate which clearly proves no Bluedart delivery person entered for our unit. Very unprofessional way.
