The worst in terms of service Delivery guys simply claim that premises are closed

Worst experience and I think the worst courier service in India . Showing Fraudulent behaviour. Without any attempt of delivery at my home or any contact to me as well. They are showing me reason of not availability of customer seriously . Giving false excuses of your work. I was waiting for the product but by giving this type of false statement blue dart degrading its consistency and position

Blue dart is pathetic. They don’t even try to deliver and just falsely update the status as consignee not available.

One of the worst delivery company They don't even call one time And If you call for inquiry the abuse you. I am waiting from morning and my house is just some km away from parcel location

Very slow delivery. Indian Postal service is far better

They are not willing to reach you. However they charge high amount for courier service, they never try to call the twice if you missed their call once. Worst service... Indian post is better.

My experience with blue dart is very very bad and unexpected from blue dart. Professional courier is for better than blue dart. Without reaching/contact, the delivery staff of blue dart simply said ‘person not available to deliver’
