Yesterday morning , i received msg that my parcel is out for delivery but today till now at 1500 , it's not received.

Very bad service no taking manners

Blue dart is currently doing fraud, no one came to my home and just updated that I left my address and now asking me to pay money to deliver it to my address, when called customer care another guy called and asking me to pay money to update the address.

One of the worst service i have ever seen

Not come at my adress and saying ki location unlocatable hai

Courier people have their own attitude, and they also give wrong feedback about us. They don't attempt delivery and will say that customer refused.

Blue dart waste .....my product still not received...more than 5days over ...still not received product.......

Courier boy didn't call me and it's showing on tracking that customer was not available at the location. Horrible experience.

Worst experience I allready payed but I didn't receive my parcel .they marking the package as incorrect address without calling me.

Repeatedly facing same issue, either urban or rural address not found come and asking us to collected from collection centre/office. Bluedart name and reputation has gone.

When you send an email/massage for delivery...why not give name & mobile number of delivery agent or courier service ? They uploaded false reasons for delay. Don't reached at the address and no calls but saying missing the receipants. Send name and mobile numbers in your mails.
